Adds the new "time of day" (environment) system to all TSW routes.

This mod adds the new time of day/environment system from TSW3 to all TSW routes.


Known bugs:

- Very dark environment at night

- PIS is not displaying.

- LED signal speed indicators are not displaying and might give you problems with PZB.
